Terms & Conditions

By using MTM Travels' services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance deposit as specified in the booking form. MTM Travels reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

• A minimum deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
• For bookings made within 21 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
• Payments can be made via NEFT/RTGS, UPI, or credit/debit card.

3. Pricing Policy

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed with a deposit. Prices may vary based on travel dates, availability, and seasonal demand.

4. Passport & Visa Responsibility

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date. MTM Travels will assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approvals. Visa rejection does not entitle the traveller to a full refund.

5. Health & Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. MTM Travels is not responsible for any medical expenses, losses, or inconveniences arising during travel.

6. Code of Conduct

All travellers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and fellow travellers. MTM Travels reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if a traveller's behaviour is deemed disruptive or unlawful.

7. Limitation of Liability

MTM Travels acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to Terms

MTM Travels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Refund & Payment Policy

We understand that plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

Cancellation by Traveller

Refunds are calculated based on the number of days before the departure date on which written cancellation is received:

• 60+ days before departure: 90% refund (10% admin fee retained)
• 45–59 days before departure: 75% refund
• 30–44 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Non-Refundable Components

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Visa and documentation fees
• Flight tickets (subject to airline policy)
• Pre-booked activities and entry tickets
• Travel insurance premiums

Cancellation by MTM Travels

In the rare event that MTM Travels cancels a trip due to insufficient bookings or operational reasons, we will offer a full refund or an alternative travel date. MTM Travels is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method. Bank charges, if any, will be borne by the traveller.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us in writing at info.mtmtravels@gmail.com with your booking reference number. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Amendment Policy

Date changes or modifications to a confirmed booking may incur an amendment fee of ₹2,000 per person, plus any additional costs charged by service providers. Amendments are subject to availability.

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. MTM Travels does not store your card details. For any payment disputes, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
